At Values Into Action Scotland (VIAS), we want to protect your personal privacy on the web. We believe that by protecting you, this will increase your confidence using the site and encourage you to use it more.
To help with this, you can expect the following:
When you register on our website, certain personal information is collected and kept after registration is successfully completed. This is done in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
When you send an email to VIAS from our website we may keep that email. This information may be used to keep you informed of other items of interest from VIAS, it will never be made available to third parties.
When buying goods and services from VIAS we only keep your personal information to make sure that it is you who has made the purchase and that we are sending the item bought to the right place.
We may email you in the future with information about special offers and new website information. On our website we have tabs at the top right stating titles saying “Projects” “Case Studies” we unfortunately do not have a tick box as of yet but we hope to change that in the future.
All your credit card information is stored with a third party, we don’t have an agreement with Processing Agreement in place with the third party who stores this personal data on a secure server which we cannot access. We will only use any personal information or credit card details sent to us to keep you informed about your purchase.
